Every person on the other end of this page is stuck on the same thing: they know someone is struggling, and they don't know what to say or do about it. Each week, we take one submission and answer it on Instagram, specifically, the way we'd want someone to answer for us.

How it works

Tell us what your person is facing, and what's making it hard to know how to help. We'll pick one submission each week and post our recommendations on the 2AMsupport Instagram.

We only need enough information to give you something useful back. Leave out anything that could identify the person you're showing up for. If we choose your question, we'll never publish anything you wouldn't want a stranger to read.
