How to Show Up: A workshop for teams who want to be there for each other, not just say they are.

Your people are caregivers, friends, and family members before they clock in.

Sometimes the person going through something hard is the one they love at home. Sometimes it's the coworker two desks away or the person they Slack with every day and have never actually met.

Most of us default to silence. Not because we don't care, but because no one ever taught us what to do. So we send a card, say "thoughts and prayers," and quietly avoid the topic from then on.

Challenging life moments don't check what industry you're in. They show up in law firms and startups, in nonprofits and small businesses, on Zoom calls and factory floors. How to Show Up was built for all of it.

This workshop works anywhere people work together and care about each other, including:

  • Corporate teams and enterprise organizations

  • Tech companies and startups

  • Small businesses

  • Nonprofits and mission-driven organizations

  • Community groups and membership organizations

Whether your team is 12 people or 1,200, the moments that matter most look the same.
What changes is whether your people know how to meet them.

How to Show Up is a practical, hands-on session that gives people real tools they'll actually use.

Led by Harper Spero, founder of 2AM.

Harper is a certified coach, writer, and the host of the Made Visible podcast, where she's spent years in conversation with people living through illness, loss, and everything in between.

She lives with an invisible illness herself, so this isn't theoretical for her. She's shared her story with companies including Diageo, Sony, and UBS, and built 2AM to give people the tools she wishes existed the first time she didn't know what to say.
